Just 14 months ago, The River Crossing Condominiums were on the auction block. Today, thanks to the development and sales efforts of Jess Radle and Stacie Kimberly, Broker Owners of La Vista Grande Realty, LLC, the Condominiums at River Crossing are 58 percent sold out. Ten units remain available, priced from the mid $300,000 range.

The prospect of a successful 2011 is looking good to Radle, who successfully developed the Steamboat Grand Resort in Steamboat Springs, Colo. and other projects in Park City Utah. Radle and Kimberly are no strangers to resort economies. They approached the project by first convincing the property owner, Citybank of Texas to offer traditional financing for the units.

“Condos are challenging enough to finance. But in today’s economy combined with the magnitude of this project, attractive financing terms need to be offered by the owner; there are plenty of buyers out there,” Radle said.

Radle added that presentation of the units also has been a factor in getting the condominiums sold. Sale units are furnished and decorated under the authority of local interior designer, Sharyl Browning.

“The efforts of Sharyl provide our clients with an elegant presentation that best accentuates the attributes of the condo. There are people who purchase the units fully furnished, just the way they are,” Radle said.

Kimberly and Radle also have their eyes on other local projects in the future “Ruidoso has so much potential and while others see obstacles, we embrace opportunity,” Radle said.
